Today, I received an unexpected message from TM saying that my account has been loaded with 2GB free Telkom Mobile data, that will expire in 5 days time. An hour later a follow-up sms states that they are aware that I may have been impacted by a technical problem on Telkom's mobile network yesterday and that they apologise for any inconvenience caused. It again states about the free 2GB Telkom Mobile data bundle allocated to my number. 
Sorry, but I have to just report on this good service received from a company in SA. Thank you, Telkom Mobile! It was an unexpected and very welcome surprise for me. Keep up the good work!
