Yeah just called them I waited plus minus 25 minutes.
IM chat got no response yesterday. DM on Twitter also no response.
Really wish there were alternatives in my area, as their towers are over subscribed and they keep having more specials to add more people to their network...making a bad situation far worse.

Little necro but do anybody know when Telkom launches new deals/brochure?
Current specials ended 19 August according to their brochure but website still shows the same deals, Nothing new and no new brochure in store either. Staff just say they don't know.

There may not be a new brochure yet, but some of the deals of the previous brochure have already gotten cheaper. The P9 Lite and P8 lite 2017 deals are cheaper now if you look at it on the website.
