Telkom Mobile International Roaming - Prepaid

I'm on prepaid for Telkom mobile & will be going on a trip next week.
Does anyone know how to activate international roaming, specifically for calls & SMS's?

I went on Telkom's website and got this, but this seems more for contract customers:

Just spoke to a Telkom agent. They don't offer roaming for prepaid subscribers. Luckily I have a Vodacom sim card for the trip

They do have international roaming for prepaid. I have used it. Download the form and send it to the listed email address and it should work fine.

I had SMS roaming
