Hi guys.
I took out a Telkom data contract with a Huawei Wifi router in February of this year. At first the speeds were fine getting on average about 6 mbps download speed on average. The last couple of weeks ive been battling, my download speed are below 1 (worst I got was 0.06) but the funny thing is that my upload speeds are still close to 10? I called them and reported the issue, they told me to reboot (still the same) and then reset (no difference) and then they logged a fault to investigate. Any idea what the problem could be since the upload speeds are fine?
