Telkom Mobile Network Problem Kew Johannesburg

Is anybody else having a problem with both the 3G HSPA+ and 4G LTE network in Kew Johannesburg, for the past week we have battling to get even 1mbs when it normally gives us a throughput speed of between 13mbs and 25 mbs, on a good day as much as 42mbs? The LTE Tower we access is on top of the sign board at Midway Mall cnr Corlett Dr Ext & 2nd Avenue, Kew, Johannesburg. The problem is on multiple Telkom Blue Chip sims using 4G and HSPA+ routers, modems and tablets.
