Telkom Mobile Online Order - No one has contacted me to finalise order

I've place an online order with Telkom Mobile for one of their FreeMe deals, received the email to say that my order is confirmed and a Telkom agent will be in contact with you soon to finalise my order.

It's been 3 days and no one has contacted me regardless of me contacting them on twitter and being promised someone will be in contact to provide feedback. I'm fed up now and do not want to take out the contract anymore.

My question is since no one has contacted me to finalise my contract they aren't able to debit my account, correct?

Take it as a blessing and don't go through with the contract. Telkom are a nightmare. The deal may look good today but in a years time, you'll be kicking yourself for dealing with Telkom.

Yep the debit order shoudl not run as it is not loaded on the system yet.

You will probably have to phone telkom if you want the deal.
