My self-service portal shows that ALL data is still available.
Clearly not correct..... as I did use the internet.
However -- I was not expecting to be OUT OF BUNDLE yet either.
I am unable to connect to internet -- don't get OUT OF BUNDLE message.
Phoning helpdesk is of NO use -- they just say, according to our screen you use up all the data...

Anyone else with similar problem?
Any ideas?

yes was a thread started yesterday
ussd codes should still work as normal

The 8ta SIM card is in a wireless router (huawei e960).
I would not be keen to remove simcard and put it in a cellphone.
Need to investigate if it is possible to do while simcard is in router.
First prize is if 8ta can fix the problem.
Will search and follow seprate thread as per your post.

Is your online portal faulty?

I tried to register twice, but haven't got the activation SMS. First time was yesterday afternoon, and again a few hours ago.

What's going on?

THis Telkom self service portal is frustrating me to the point where im just going to get a afrihost sim and see if they make it easier to purchase more data.

I have reset/unlocked my account must be close to 10 times now and even re-registed twice (i get the sms confirming) but yet i cannot log onto the self service portal to purchase more data with a CC.

Keeps saying authentication failed...even after resetting/unlocking my account ...this is seriously fustating

How does self service work now? I see that that going to the telkom mobile site redirects to telkom, and I tried creating a telkom account, but the phone number/account number of my data SIM is not being recognised. What options are there to track data usage on a 3G SIM?

I'm using my SIM in a wireless router with a laptop (not tablet/smartphone), so would prefer a website rather than an app.

try http://onnet.8ta.com/ when connected via the telkom sim.

Hi all

The bundles option seem to be broken at the moment,I cant'select a bundle type (and hence no bundle).

Any ideas?
