If I get the BB social and email bundle for blackberry, will the internet work if I roam on MTN? I only get TM edge these days

Yes you will have 5gb fair use that works on tm coverage and MTN roaming... After 5gb you will be throttled to 128k but still have unlimited internet access.

There are 2 types of BlackBerry the BIS(BlackBerry Internet Service) for OS6/7, does the same package apply for BlackBerry OS10, yes or no ?

I would like to know from the rep if Edcon(CNA,Edgars) sale that blackberry voucher for R600(includes 6 month BIS & R600)

No bb10 would not be included there... The blackberry 10 devices does not use bis at all.... They use the net just like any other smartphone so you would need to buy data bundles. Cellc is the only network that has bb10 bundles so you might want to consider them if you are looking for cheap data but not always the best option

Please note that BlackBerry OS10 does not support BIS(BlackBerry Internet Services), you need to have data bundles.
