Telkom Mobile WiFi always down

It seems, in Kempton Park, Telkom Mobile has been down for a number of weeks already. Not one of the hotspots in the Festival Mall works. Also none of the other hotspots in Kempton that I tested has worked. They all connect, then it just says "Your internet connection is unstable", and there's no throughput.

Sometimes I can connect to "guest", but when I could, it was painfully slow.

They used to work up to a few weeks ago.

Is this 10GB Telkom Mobile WiFi a scam?

Are there people out there that are using Telkom Mobile hotspots regularly that are happy with it? Anyone in the Kempton Park Area?

Any hotspots in Kempton that has not been published on the telkom site?

Over the last month or so, my WIFI signal hasn't been great here in Edenvale. It is quite unstable and I can on;y get decent speeds late a night sometimes.
