You might want to copy the link and contents of this article and forward them to ICASA - as it seems to rubbish Telkom's claim that one of the reasons they enforce caps is to stop abusers - there again, we all know why they really do, but it is nice if you can prove that they are talking rubbish, it would be even better if they were forced to pay a fat fine for their transgression, rather than fob them off as some-sort-of-misunderstanding
