This is my line we have been discussing. It is a soft cap cut off can't make calls but can receive them. When my wife made contact with the telkom accounts department they're response was when we get our money they will reactivate the line. No way of following up with proof to send that payment was actually made. They were not interested. No suggestions from Telkom that a reconnection fee would be applicable but knowing them it will probably apply anyway...
Mmh.. have you not paid for a few months because if you miss one month, it shows up on your account the next month to pay with a tiny bit of interest. I've not heard of Telkom disconnecting one for only missing one month.
