Telkom Notebook special, is the Toshiba any good?

depending on how NoRulez arrived at this R127/m, the 3 year contract may be a minor issue given there is a saving of around R2000 to be had.

No way.

With competition finally really around the corner, to be tied to Telkom for nearly a grand a month for 3 years is just crazy.

Like I said, if you are so desperate to get a lappie that way, then take out a business call contract from IC, and get it for R202/month over two years

As I said it depends on how NoRulez gets to R127pm. If it is based on having a landline and then getting this laptop, then that works as I will always have a landline. And to be frank I don't see Neotel offering me something worthwhile in the next 18 months. Then I risk another 18 months of being locked into a landline that is overpriced.

Dunno man. I saw the ad on paper somewhere and their site does not always have their cellular deals, but it does exist.
