First-off from what I understand, as an existing uncapped customer on a 10Mbps service offering, you will likely be upgraded to Unlimited Home at 20Mbps if your exchange can support it (their upgrades are based on the fact that you're currently paying almost R1000pm for your 10Mbps service whereas the new Unlimited Home products are priced more efficiently so you'll be upgraded to the 20Mbps unlimited home package at the same price (R1000pm). In terms of FUP, at 10Mbps you'd get 900Gb - when you reach 50% of that (450Gb), your speed will get halved during the peak two hours of the day, at 75% of the FUP that throttling will occur for the four busiest hours and at 100% of the FUP you'll be permanently throttled until your rollover to the next month. At 20Mbps, your FUP is 1.8Tb. Data consumed between midnight and 7am doesn't count towards the FUP. You'll also be eligible for a free Lit box which allows you to stream showmax, netflix, youtube etc with that data being zero rated and thus not counting towards the FUP. It's all rather nice, I'm on the 4Mbps package currently and very happy.
