I have taken a new contract with Telkom and wanted my existing Telkom mobile prepaid number as my contract number. That was in April, it is now gone three months on and Telkom has changes my number various times. But not to my old number. I've been in to the gateway branch numerous times. Once was even there for almost 3.5 hours and still no number change. This is affecting my work and personal life. Had a family emergency and nobody could get a hold of me. Once again today my number has changed but not to the number I require. How difficult is it to do a simple number change within your network.
