On Thurday at 14:57, I receive my sms from telkom "Dear Customer, your installation for order (141140549) is scheduled for (20160517 between 07:30:00 and 16:00:00). If not convenient blah blah blah"
Today 17/05 at 15:49 I receive another sms saying, "Dear Customer, your installation for order (141140549) is scheduled for (20160520 between 07:30:00 and 16:00:00). If not convenient blah blah blah"
On Thursday I organize a day off from work on the 17/05(today).
We all know how bad Telkom's service is, poor the management is and how they can waste your time. How should I go about this? When will I ever get my line installed. Who is to say they won't reschedule again if I organize another day off?
Is telkom completely useless?
