Telkom portal errors, anyone else?

Dear All,

Not a LTE error per se.

It is painful trying to manage accounts using the Telkom portal at:
https://apps.telkom.co.za/alpha/public/login?..........

I get the following errors very often (+- 50% of time) over past month:
a. Site simply not responding and super slow.

b. At times the browser show this:
"No Response from Application Web Server
There was no response from the application web server for the page you requested.
Please notify the site's webmaster and try your request again later. "

I test from at least 3 different locations {za and uk} with browsers IE, FF, GC.

Anyone else?

The Telkom website is a disaster of note and I know why. Everyone on Telkom adsl, Telkom fibre and Telkom mobile gets redirected to it when they run out of data and when they want to buy and manage their accounts. I reckon the webserver just can't handle the amount of traffic why else would it be super slow and almost always give errors.

Question still open.
Do others also have these issues?
