Telkom Premium Combo - Help Please

Hi, have a telkom premium combo and all of a sudden the status stays on "Cable disconnected" It also say that the dial on demand is disabled...

I haven't changed anything, I tried to reset to factory default, did not help, reinstalled the modem, no luck.

Looks like its not dialing PPoe connection.

Any ideas?

Possible Cable Break or other SAIX/Telkom related problem, what area are you in?
