Telkom spokesman Lulu Letlape said the company was aware of the investigation. “We were made aware that the FSB was doing an inquiry before the cautionary was issued.

“It has written to us to ask us to assist and we indicated that we were not aware how the information became public.”

Let's have a guess - a shareholder with the most to gain, say 42% holding, leaked it?

Personally I suspect that someone holding a bunch of Telkodemonopolies A&B share certificates, over at the Dementia of Communistications, is responsible for the leaked report and insider trading - as well as on previous occasions.
It said it would “not hesitate to mobilise workers in the industry against the planned takeover and expansion of Vodafone in SA”.
Not sure how many CWU employees there are within Telkodemonopolies, but a potential illegal CWU strike sounds like good news to me - a perfect opportunity to get rid of some of the dead wood, which would of course make potential buyers happy as well.

R10 million :D
A flea bite on an elephant, they will probably spend more money getting to a point where they could fine them the 10, why bother?
