So here's what I say to Telkom: You have a very pretty share price and very lovely profits. But your service levels are not worth 2c and I'm soon going to rip your phone out of the wall and invite my friends to a phone stomping party. In fact, maybe we'll braai it. Then I'm going to go wireless with a company that has nothing to do with Telkom.

someone should tell the article author that everytime she browses the net (undersea cable) or makes a cell call (self provisioning), telscum benefits in some way, theres no escaping it, its like the common cold, u always lose at least once a year...

agree 100%, ppl think that when they tell telscum to shove their adsl and instead go for vodacom 3G they have escaped telkom's grip, but unfortunately not as vodacom is 50% telkom. best bet would be to leave country
