Telkom replacement phone for copper landline.

Hi, I live in a retirement village and had a meeting recently about the announcement by Telkom to terminate ADSL and copper phone lines.
As you can imagine there are quite a few residents with hearing difficulties. I the past there was assistance on the old system to amplitude the incoming call volume. Does anyone out there know if these new SIM card Wi-Fi phones can provide this assistance?

They have speakers if I recall from the one I once saw. Maybe a headset outlet as well?
