I see that Telkom SA have registered and are responding to complaints on Hellopeter.com. They are in for quite a beating I would imagine although perhaps credit needs to be given for them finally registering. I'll be watching their responses with great interest.

I think this is another indication that Telkom are stepping up their service for when Neotel start offering us some adsl goodness. I'm sure you've noticed the general trend in installation times of adsl for people on the forums

Woot! A good move from Telkom. I'm glad to see they're starting to come to the table.

It's not exactly a good or fullsome response but it's a start.
