Telkom service terrible - Pavaiion branch

I have tried and tried to get my issue resolved and cannot so I posting here my story

on the 26 March 2013 I went to telkom to go and apply for the Telkom data max 15 gig package for R249 a month on and month to month contract I went to telkom Westville Pavillion branch.

I signed up for the Telkom Data Max 15 gig package as seen on the following link. http://business.telkom.co.za/productrenderer/public/productcatalogue?pid=999000029242&cid=146 to my shock and horrar when I got my bill I was not on the Telkom Datamax product I was on Internet promo 5. I first phoned Telkom/8ta help line only to be given the run around and be told go back to the Telkom Shop. So I did on about the 3rd of April only to be told they acknowledge the mistake they sort it out for me. A lady from Telkom phoned me very apologetic and said we canceled you internet promo 5. she said all I need to do is go back to the Telkom shop and they issue a new contract. So I though cool I do so. Guess what when I arrived there they said the deal is expired they get re activated and give it me still. I left and a week later I went back to the telkom Guess what still no progress. But they said someone will call you Still nothing happened.

I went a week later again still nothing.

I went back 4 time still nothing

yesterday being the 6/5/2013 I got another bill from 8ta saying I owe them money. Will guess what I not paying till this problem is sorted out and how can I get a bill for something I have not had no contract no data no time. I quite prepared to pay for the time I did use before my contract was expired but I must get billed the right amount.

So Please can someone from Telkom sort my problem out and give me t.he contract I signed up for.

Telkom Pavalion you are useless but I will still go back to ask you nicely again for my contract.

Is your details correct on www.telkom.co.za? Did you go back back to the Telkom Shop on a weekly basis and speak to the manager with a copy of your details as printed off your account from www.telkom.co.za ? Phoning is a waste of time. Going to the Shop is the only way.

I standing inj the shop I spoken to the manager and still he cannot give me any answer. This is getting annoying. I just my contract he has full copy of the mail above the date is the 7/5/2013

Went to the branch they said they would call me back guess what nothing

Walked into same Telkom branch to follow up on my ADSL activation a few weeks ago.

First off, not one single person came to ask me for assistance, they were standing around acting all busy. Eventually after i cornered one of the staff memmbers they said i can just call 10210 **facepalm**

Just Hellopeter them :) helped me speed up my ADSL activation

spoke to the guy yesterday and today and still no joy they keep saying they trying to get the deal activated for me really sucks

Might be a bit far but if you can drive up to the branch in Hillcrest, it is in the Pick and Pay center. The people that work there are amazingly efficient and they always seem to sort all my issues out quickly.

Ask for the details of the customer care manager for your region, and contact him or her. Also persist with Hellopeter.
