Telkom Shaping of Capped acount way before the actual Cap

Hi all!

We're currently on the 20GB (so that's actually now 20+20) telkom adsl package.

I noticed that our account is being shaped, long before we're actually at the cap.
Noticed it from about 70% cap (roughly).

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?
(I did switch to my Afrihost account, and checked it wasn't some weird line issue...it wasn't)

I'm also on a 20+20 TI account and have noticed that torrents have been very slow for the past week or so. Whether it's a result of exceeding a particular usage threshold is impossible to say, but it may well have started at around 70-80% of my cap.

I suppose that even with a capped account TI can shape you whenever they feel like it, unless of course you are paying extra for unshaped data.

Haven't had any problems with speed here always get full speed 425 kb/s even when I used over 20 gb with this special.
