Dum dee dum. Almost time to take profits - almost - not quite yet though.
Wait for the WiMax announcements, which will probably coincidentally be announced with the sudden appearance of SNO. In conjunction with that lot, the entry into Nigeria will become a hot topic boosting value even further, with the ANC grinning from ear to ear as they ride the teklom train into Africa.

If I'm correct and the SNO now has its international access sorted (ie access to the SAT3 cable) then I'd expect to see shares plummet.

You are making the assumption that competition will hurt teklom. That's quite an unjustified assumption considering the affect that competition had/has on Vodacom - but - ya - I reallllllllllly wish that that were true, and that SNO would be real competition, but this is Africa.

No - the assumption that I HAD been making is that the SNO would have to go through Telkom for access to the outside world.
