Alright, this isnt the first time telkom mentioned these type of statistics. I would like to know though, how exactly these statistics were established. Who exactly is Markinor ? As far as I can see they're a random market research company. And who hired them to do the research ? Must've been telkom right...?
Was ANYONE on myadsl in any way involved in this research ? Did anyone get calls asking about their satisfaction in regards to the ADSL service. Did anyone get stopped on the street, I mean if not a single person got approached in one way or another by Markinor's staff then how exactly did they work out this statistic ? Do they have some magical mathematical formula.....????
Forgive me if this matter has been dealt with / discussed before.
But if it hasn't shouldn't we maybe be pushing for an uninvolved third party to do market research as to what the real statistics are.
Meaning not hired by telkom ! I'm aware of the polls which have been online, and have voted. But I think telkom should go into more detail as to how these statistics were worked out and what they're relationship to Markinor is.
(Sorry its all a bit sloppy, in a rush but wanted to get this off my heart before I forget...)
