I'm house sitting for someone with Telkom as an ISP, and the international cap has been reached. Currently https://secure.telkomsa.net/titracker/ is b0rken, and the Topup tool claims that the payment gateway is currently down. Nukecap.co.za and Openlabs.co.za won't load. Any avenues left?
