Simple really
leave home with 1.2GB daytime internet, 3g dongle switched off and pc switched off (obviously)
come back home after work .... put in dongle, get sms's that the bundle has run out ? WTF ? :wtf:
Chat to telkom on the chat feature on their website and they keep going on about auto updates, its like talking to a wall.
WE WERE AT WORK THE WHOLE DAY, NOBODY WAS HERE , NOR WERE THE CONNECTIONS ACTIVE.
now the case has to be logged ? ? ? 72 hrs for my inconvenience ????
