With money from who's pocket??? Mine and yours of course! Government is 100% sure why we are being raped like we are... It is to fund the "development" of the rest of Africa. That is how they would put it if you could listen to the talk in the inner circles of government. Let's take from the folks who have in SA and "give" to Africa. We get nearly nothing for our money and the corruption sucks any good that might have come from this blatant exploitation right out...

Yes. They should and would had they had proper competition. It is for stuff like this that government is preventing competition. If there was competition government (the corrupt ones in it) would not get their fingers in the pie. This is all so foul smelling it is nearly funny!
We have a dysfunctional telecoms system in this country yet Telkom is "expanding into other markets??? What a load of crud!
