Hi Telkom Rep,

Albersville water reservoir Site No. ER2058 has been down since yesterday - no signal, no data, no coverage. Can we have ETA on repair time? 10210 could not give helpful info.

oh ok - managed to get a fault number - surely they know if a whole tower has gone down? Been there twice - nobody working on it.

Just drove past tower - techs are onsite and replacing the router - ETA lunchtime

Finally fixed - new Alcatel lucent router fitted in cabinet. Back up and working great.
