Telkom Uncapped LTE Deal - My Trials So Far...

I might discontinue mine soon.

Originally ordered Fibre with Webafrica, then cancelled before they dug the cable to my house and reordered with Vox. Now there seems to be some hold up between Frogfoot and Webafrica. Frogfoot wants Webafrica to cancel their order before Frogfoot can allocate my install to Vox, despite me providing proof that I cancelled with Webafrica.

I've sent the details to Frogfoot more than 4 times - multiple people read it, but no a single response. Anyone have any contacts at Frogfoot to sort this out?

Think you have the wrong thread here. Doubt Frogfoot monitors Telkom LTE threads

Think about getting it transferred to someone whe want to take it over, you could save on the 30 days cancelation fee.

Hi guys. Experiencing my first outage since inception nearly 10 years ago. Have rebooted b315. Nothing. Have set b315 to roaming. Still nothing.

Anyone know of a scheduled downtime? Or experiencing similar near Melville, Johannesburg?

Anyone know who to call or email apart from the call centre?

Can anybody here still with the original R599 deals. Are we being throttled to 10Mbps? Like those other SmartWireless products?

If you use more than 300GB it gets throttled on the original - Some people seem to not be affected, my package is affected. I have the R529 pm package :)

These days the Vodacom Black Friday 300+300 special is better value for money.

So about 6 years later we finally have a deal that matches / beats the original Telkom one. Shows just how good these deals were

It had a good run. I have a friend using mine that does not have Fibre and missed the Vodacom one, but if something else pops up again I'll end up canceling after many many years.

I wish though they would remove the throttling - I don't think as many people would abuse it anymore, with people moving to Rain 5G/Fibre

Yes R529 after the device was paid up.
I'm very affected...
