Also vodacom free minutes works . Burned through 450 free minutes so far.
Quick question....I have a lot of buddies that now want to subscribe to this special, but they just fall out of the "indicated" coverage area (my one buddy's neighbor has access according to the coverage, he does not). If they apply online, how do you get past the fica/rica part? Is it not required to give proof of residence?
Awesome... I have extended my Bitco connection till the end of Feb so now I am not stressing anymore and phoning them every day.

I found the escalation part doesn't work despite their assurances. I'll be flying today to JHB for several days and I can bet my bottom dollar they will try deliver in my absence - something I was trying to avoid with an escalation... Oh well..They just told me my order is still processing!

How do I get the guys who install the antenna to come to my place? Because I applied for the deal at my old place within the coverage area, whereas my new place is not. They called me to confirm the installation, but didn't ask for my address
It's almost too good to be true.... Going from a 2 mb ADSL experience to this deal, is going to give me an anaphylactic shock...Performance continues to impress!!
Over 5gb in 10 minutes. Gives me a semi every time.

Yeah, I've used 10mb and 20mb lines in the past but this just blows them out of the water! You in for a real treat!!
Must have done close to 300gb my end. 90% of that is via a Teamviewer remote connection. I have 15 surveillance cameras that I monitor remotely off site. The host machine pushes around 350kbps upload so around 1gb per hour.
Rica got nothing to do with this deal. It's a whole different animal. The proof of address and ID they require is for Rica only and not to disprove/prove that you fall within the coverage area.
There are many posts in this thread that deals with non-coverage areas and ways of negating that obstacle...
