I was told Monday(today) latest, been phoning everyday last week, too tired to do it again this week.

At some point i'm going to go get a job at Telkom just to process the damn thing myself.

Those of you waiting for telkom should do this, But you will pay R699 rather than R599. R599 is the online sale.

Take your ticket number with you and note down the address you used (also tower location as per the map) and visit your telkom store. Get the sales guy to get the manager involved and you should roll out of the store in about an hour with the Equipment and sim enabled.

This has been done successfully for 2 folks. 1st was an upgrade from 50GB to uncapped @ R699 but had to pay a difference for router as the previous contract was on LTE-A. 2nd was straight new deal.. but remember to get the manager involved. All deals are loaded onto the system, just needs to searched for. The sales guys are lazy and think they know it all.. You just have to prove you know more of whats going in Telkom than them..

How many of those Gigs were actually torrents or nzb's???

Well I will say 20% p2p, 50% usenet and the rest general traffic like youtube game updates ect.

By default my usenet servers was on SSL even when I was on ADSL so I guess all that traffic is not counting to the 50GB but the SAIX usenet server is counting to it but I have like 4 servers 2 SSL enabled and 2 non SSL.

For me p2p was always throttled between 6pm and midnight I have not see it being shaped outside this time. It's very hard to add up your traffic to the 50GB FUP because you just don't know if it is being counted towards that or not.
