The tower is supposed to be two blocks away from me, but my antenna is installed pointing the opposite direction. I have tried moving it but seems that I get the best facing where it is.

do you guys know if ponything will get a better results from the installation than those rank amateurs from telkom. This is truly frustrating.

Look at the router stats when moving the antenna. The sweat spot will be hard to find without actual signal quality/strength numbers.

I think the system upgrades are done now ,so might be able to get your deal within 2 weeks time.

You will have to use someone else i.d number to apply. Through that person then can't apply for the deal then.

Hard to say, bud. If you call then and bug them every day it will go faster.

That's weak and that close to the tower?! How many bars you getting? And have you checked your antenna settings? They must be set to External 1 & 2. It's been mentioned often enough in this thread but definitely worth repeating!

Yes. Checked antenna settings. Looked at the detailed signal stats when moving it around, and I get the best signal pointing away from where I expect the antenna to be based on the Unlimited Coverage map, so it's probably not as close as was suggested in the coverage map.

Just one sad story to add to everyone's super fast speeds.

Is there anyway I can get a list of the LTE Towers or even check the cell id of which tower I am connecting to?

New high for me. 43Mbps download and 2Mbps upload. This simcard is gold. So what if it's a 24 months contract I might even keep this simcard forever even way after the 2 years.

I got 23 first day, then 16 for a few days, last 3 days has been around 5Mbps....very annoying. Can't even stream twitch smoothly tonight. 4 bars on the router, though the antenna isn't mounted on a pole or anything yet.

Also getting really bad spads on 10+10gb so it seems it a system wide problem and not just on the uncapped deals

As the 10 + 10 is capped, shouldn't it be fine? I have the 10Gb sim as well and it's just as slow as the uncapped...
