I received the famous phone call today that says my device will come in 6 days.
I am worried now because the agent said I cannot migrate from my existing 4 megs uncapped package to the LTE package but I can cancel with relevant termination fees. I replied, "but the people on MyBroadband said otherwise," so he went to check with his supervisor and came back saying, "it can be done but he's not sure how on this system". I recorded the phone call at the beginning just because Telkom can misbehave.
Has anyone here successfully migrated if you signed up for a 24 months ADSL deal? Which number do I contact? Are there really termination fees? I'm only 6 months in out of 24.
