No activation after requesting a manual one yesterday. Its been more than 24 hours, now I have to get hold of them on Monday and beg and plead for someone to do their job.... :mad:

Phone the company that delivered to scan the waybill number,then phone telkom mobile and say you have the parcel for about 4 days and they will activate it.Worked for me and be NICE :D

sheesh best time to call 10213 is at EXACTLY 8am. On hold for 30 seconds and call was answered!!!!

Just got my delivery after calling in for the waybill number yesterday. Now for activation. Did anyone get activated in less than 24 hours? I am assuming that because its Friday, activation wont go through until Monday?

So quick question did you guys need to make any payments immediately or does the first pro rata amount go off with your first debit ?

I didn't have to pay.

I received an invoice with my pro rata amount on, think its going off at the end of the month

I'm sorry if this has been posted before, but what exactly happens when you call 10213?

I applied online 2 weeks ago. I missed their call as I was in a meeting, and now when I call back, they want to take down my details and have someone call me back - again. Is this the procedure? I thought I could apply on 10213 directly, unless I took selected the wrong options.

I called them and the same thing happened. I did get a call back the next morning so it helped to phone I guess.

Should be with the courier sometime today or tomorrow.

Anyway to check where in THAT process it is?

How long did you wait for approval ? I got a call on Friday going through the contract and all that . . .

I submitted my request on Friday morning and got the confirmation that my bid was successful with a ref number, but no one has phoned me?

Normally how long does it take for them to phone you?

How long did you wait for approval ? I got a call on Friday going through the contract and all that . . .

Told me on the phone it was approved and I got a reference number about 5 minutes after he hung up. Also, from what I understand, as long as you answer your security questions correctly, it's pretty much a done deal.

Initially about 5 days, but I missed that call. Called the call-center instead(which is also what the voicemail they left me suggested).
