I opted to endure an hour of adverts on the phone to speak to them after I got my bid number. Otherwise they don't call you.

10213. Then you ask very nicely and they arrange for someone from the LTE sales team to call you back.

Thanks. I was called last week Wednesday from the 'bid-office', went through all the security questions, took down delivery details etc.

Have not heard anything since :( Think I should call in?

I would - if you've got the hour to waste. They did say 5-7 days for delivery. Also told me they have a backlog - could take up to 10 working days. Sigh!

Cool. Will give it a few more days. I'm just worried that I have no ref number after that call. Should I have one at this stage?

Was seriously considering this deal but noticed another thread with lots of complaints about speed.Seems some are happy and others not.Just not sure I want to take that risk if I'm locked into a 24 month contract.

That is why it would be ideal to do a test with a prepaid simcard for a week or so first. Would give you a indication what your speeds will be and if there are any slowdowns at night.

Actually I bought one last Friday .Was getting 5MB/s - 30MB/s without an antennae so very happy with speeds. But only 28 spots have been taken. My concern is that performance will be seriously degraded when there are 150 users. If I want to cancel I will be paying a huge cancellation fee.If this was on a month to month I would sign up in a heartbeat.
