Its been said before but is worth repeating. A properly installed poynting antenna is a MUST!!! Regardless!!

Cool thanks. I wasn't going to call the technician because I was pretty much content with the 25-30 speeds. But,.............

I installed the antenna myself but am not happy, maybe I should call the installers to optimise it. What number do we get them on btw?

So I've been getting speeds of around 25mbps without the antenna. Guys came today to install it but saw the 3 signal bars lit up on the router and said they aren't going to install antenna as I'm already getting full bars. I'm not sure I fully agree with that.

Thoughts?

Mmmmm, the deal includes a supplied and installed poynting external antenna. I would insist they install it.

ok, so i tried what you said, pointed to the other lte tower in my area does not pick it up, cellID still stayed the same, did a network rescan to try resync it still picked up the lte tower that im connected to, but i did managed to drop my DB to -75 and sinr close to 20db most of the time, but even now during the day time i was lucky if i got 10mb download
