Same here. Telkom promised to call me with the waybill number last week Wed. I eventually called them this morning and got the WB number. I thought it was progress, but Courier IT don't have it on their system. I guess I'll try again tomorrow...
We all seem to have the same problem. When they initially contacted me on Thursday they mentioned that the Telkom system was not talking to the Courier It system and that a technician was working on it(most Telkom response ever) and they would call me with the waybill number. They never called me I had to call the call centre and finally got it. I wonder if there is a problem though.
