Ok have tried to order this for 3 months now. Have had a ticket for 3months also. 30 minutes on call now with sales, they dont actually seem to sell the product. Have now resorted to placing complains against their ads every few days, kindly join me if you are also not able to order their advertised products:

Went to 3 stores, hellopeter, phones, facebook messages, agent chat. No one can actually sort anything out. What a useless company.

The correct people to call: Dial 10213, press number two, press number three, press number 1.
Trust me I've been on the phone with them everyday for a week. All the different agents I got knew the product and were helpful outside of problems they couldn't control (CourierIT).

Rather contact ICASA if you're fed up.

CourierIT finally delivered this morning and Telkom called me to schedule an antenna installation for tomorrow. I don't know if it's just my area but Telkom might not be useless after all.

mmm, my iPhone's Telkom sim which is not related to the uncapped LTE deal is also not able to connect to LTE(only 3g).

Thanks, I did this morning, was told they could not help me. Demanded to speak to supervisor and he was finally able to assist me. Package is on it`s way now! (Only took 3 months :) )

Lets see if it arrives

We're a Telkom LTE reseller, looks like all of our LTE packages are down at the moment. (Most in Cape Town, but some in JHB). Apparently Telkom has confirmed that there is currently an internet failure and they're busy working on it.

We're a Telkom LTE reseller, looks like all of our LTE packages are down at the moment. (Most in Cape Town, but some in JHB). Apparently Telkom has confirmed that there is currently an internet failure and they're busy working on it.
