Richards Bay too my lte is down. Manual search picks up signal but registering to it fails....

Mine slowed to a crawl but unplugged the router for a minute and it's now back to full speed.

I hope they get this sorted asap. Have a tech coming at 2pm to see why mine's not working.

Ok have tried to order this for 3 months now. Have had a ticket for 3months also. 30 minutes on call now with sales, they dont actually seem to sell the product. Have now resorted to placing complains against their ads every few days, kindly join me if you are also not able to order their advertised products:

Went to 3 stores, hellopeter, phones, facebook messages, agent chat. No one can actually sort anything out. What a useless company.
Insist on speaking to a supervisor or lodge complaint with ICASA which I was about ready to do.

Wow, I am impressed! I phoned 10213 on Thursday last week (after applying in December...) and the modem got delivered today!! Unfortunately it was so quick that I wasn't at home but the guy delivered it to my landlord anyway. This now means they have none of my documents, which I'm concerned is going to make RICA a pain in the neck. Guess I will try and call CourierIt to arrange emailing the documents... eish...

Great to see everyone is up again... None of that please wait 72 hours... a technician will be sent bla bla. I had used the internet I5 promo in the past and in 2.5 years was down 30 minutes. Had ADSL 8 months down 2 months.

Same here. Applied last year December. Locked out by 5 question id verification so couldnt do credit check. Thursday complained a last time to supervisor and today before 9:30am got my modem. Waiting for rica. Courier didnt take my documents.

I'll post the after result later

And the after results are disappointing to say the least. Unmounted they got 30meg down and 4meg up with decent ping just holding the antenae up. I was a happy chappy! Then they installed the wiring and tested again. The speed was down to 18meg down and 3meg up. They had to leave to see another client but are coming back later to fine tune.

FINALLY received my router today , emailed about the RICA as courier also only took my ID copy ....

What's interesting is the 7 day cool off period , surely they can't start counting the days at delivery ? Or are they going with the assumption you are in the coverage area ? Also the external antenna installation is part of the deal , so they can actually only start the 7 days AFTER antenna installation. Just my 2c ....

How long normally for RICA to complete and SIM activation ? 24-48 hours ?

Can't wait to cancel my crappy 2Mbps ADSL ...... now to do some reading on this seedbox setup ....

Hello sorry for re-posting if this already exists. I am trying to apply for this I filled out the online form and received a ticket and that was it. No one at telkom seem to to know what department to transfer me to. In past 3 days I have made ^ hours of calls and keep getting bounced around can anyone recommend me the number that I should call to sort this out

BTW: How does this uncapped package work? Does streaming not fall within the 5OGB?
