Ordered 1st week of December. Went on holiday and forgot about it for a while. Been calling the call center every day since first week of January to follow up. Finally got my package yesterday.
Very disappointed in courier company, two boxes rolling around a bigger box doesn't seem logical in this day and age. Hoping router is not damaged. Also, the guy just pitched up without arranging a time and date as Telkom advised they would. Left an important meeting to collect but was doing back-flips all the way
Anyhow, got home last night and hooked everything up.. Red status LED on router.
Called call center for fun and actually got through within 5 minutes (!) and was advised that they were aawaiting RICA update on the unit. According to the help desk I was supposed to hand over documents to courier for this purpose, nothing was exchanged except for a greeting and signature. I see another long fight coming
