So.... after 5 calls (avg. 45min hold time each) I finally got through to the call centre (10213).
Order was declined by Back Office. Did not meet their economic blah-blah.
Credit Record best it's been in 5 years (during which I stall manage to buy 2 cars).
Might be the current contract I'm on?
Might be the office phone not being answered so they couldn't confirm employment?
Might be the current contract I'm on now (Internet 5 Promo plus extra bundles)?
Couldn't get clear answer. They'll have an LTE agent call me regarding upgrading my current contract to the R599 Promo deal...

Could end up using a family members details and paying for it from my bank account... :twisted:
