Telkom Uncapped LTE ...Look before you leap into some poo

Well, well, well... Ain't this grand!!! After ordering this "deal" I got shafted. Ordered the deal 24th August 2016. Was told that the poynting antenna's was out of stock and would be put on back order. Phoned today to find out when I will be receiving my antenna and was told that Telkom does not supply the antenna with this "deal" anymore. Then I asked the sales lady that I can speak to a manager and after 35min of holding I gave up.

What can I do regarding this or escalate it to who. I want my antenna. I get min 4mb/s and max without antenna (off-peak)15mb/s. With antenna (was tested by telkom technician) Min 15mb/s and max (off-peak)48mb/s. I don't want to cancel the contract but it looks like its the route i'll have to go.

Phone back. The deal definitely includes the Poynting antenna.

I did and they said no. I can rather cancel the contract as I'm in my cool down is what they told me. I don't want to cancel so seeing a lawyer on Monday.

Save your legal fee's and just buy a sealed Poynting from me (I have 2 spare)

Not a bad price, but I'm in two minds about this LTE. I get close to 50 mbps on speedtest, but websites load extremely slow at times. My 4mbps ADSL is far more stable and better. Not sure what Telkom is doing.

So I don't know if the Poynting will actually improve it.

Then you don't need it @Dan C.

I will push as far as I can out of principle @FlashSA. If I don't come right.... What model is that poynting device?
