OK so on Sunday my adsl stopped working rebooted the modem still didn’t work even changed the modem still didn’t work. Phoned the Telkom help line spoke to some idiot that told me that it’s a technical difficulty on their side and that I must switch my modem off and their techs will work on it well that never happend when I phoned back on Monday to find out what’s going I was told that a fault was never logged I had to log the fault again I have now been sitting 5 days without adsl which I must still pay for as I was told when I told them that I will not be paying for the days I am not able to use my adsl I will be suspended!!! What a joke they are stealing money and there is nothing you can do about it. I have phoned everyday all I get is a technician will get to to in maybe a day or maybe a week or two. WTF I am so over this BS
