Not legitimately, no. It's the same type of situation which led to the most recent batches of WDTV Live media players being shipped here in boxes devoid of the Netflix, Hulu, iPlayer, Pandora and related logos. Not that it matters enough to get excited about it.

Telkom aren't giving away trial TVs - as they did with routers
that would be cool but horribly unsustainable
