Telkom VPN Lite and firewalls assistance required

Hi All,
I'm trying to setup a VPN lite network for about 5 sites as a backup for terminal services.
I'm able to see the routers and their vnp lite lans but I cant seem to route past the firewalls at the branches.
I am getting no response from the VPN lite calldesk.
Can anyone who has done this in the past offer some assistance.

Your starting point would be to see:
1) Check that you have routes to remote sites
Linux: "route -n"
win: "route print"
2) if you can ping a remote machine.
win/linux: "ping x.x.x.x"

If the routing table doesn't have a route to the remote LAN then step 1 should fail.

I use eleNet from elephantvpn to connect my home and office machines. Much easier to
configure and work with.
