Forcing wholesale prices down would remove any desire by Telkom to invest in more infrastructure, he said.
After yesterday's spate of bad news, I really do hope that Icasa go ahead and enforce price cuts and larger caps for all of us...
How can Telkom moan (how dare they) when they make a major profit out of us every year?
Think it is time for Telkom to apply vaseline to self...
And, for once, I hope Icasa got a pair of nice big ones...
having spoken at length to the members of the panel conducting these hearings they ain't swallowing anything....mr williams can do his best but the calibre of people on the panel is far superiorI wonder how many more times ICASA will swalllow this rubbish from TELKOM and their 'experts'.
Where do they find these people like Williams? Pathetic really.
Thx for that Dominic, things have been looking very gloomy around here the last few days.having spoken at length to the members of the panel conducting these hearings they ain't swallowing anything....mr williams can do his best but the calibre of people on the panel is far superior

forcing a cut in the wholesale fees that other operators paid to use its bandwidth would deter future investment in infrastructure and damage SA’s telecoms sector.
