Telkom warns of massive drop in profits

Telkom has issued a trading statement warning investors that it anticipates a significant drop in profits in its half-year financial results for the period between 1 April and 30 September 2022.

Stupid twunts.
They could have single-handedly, owned/facilities leased the entire data transfer space in SA, as well as indirectly created untold jobs and community upliftment, through affordable access to data.
But no. They ran with the same play book for 20 years, and now the chickens have come home to roost.
KFC style.
The South African way.

Funny how the companies that used to be monopolies topple over.
It's like they didn't have a sustainable business model.
