Hey guys
I would appreciate some help or feedback please.
My adult life has consisted of using telkom's fixed landline and then having my 4MB line... Now that I am moving back to Cape Town (Century City) I requested a landline, only for telkom informing me that there is no infrastructure available. They also said I should look into WCDMA... That is 3G, if I am correct.
Now the question is, as I need to change my whole approach - what do I do?
What provide should one look into? What price range are we looking at? Will I be able to have my home covered by wifi when the signal comes via 3G or LTE to my router (I would assume it's possible, but I've got no idea what to look out for, or as mentioned what ISP to go through). Like everyone else, good speeds and reliability is my main concern.
Oh, I do not game - so that makes it hopefully a bit easier.
Any feedback is and will be appreciated, also, if these questions have been asked before I am sorry... It's just I am totally confused about this change and have got no idea what to look out for...
Regards
M

- I'd prefer having 60GB per month (I stream sports online and download certain movies/series).
- I have got my apple tv et al running as well, hence I require my home (flat) to be covered by wifi.
- In addition to that (nice to have) would be cool to have small dongle for my mac as well when I'm on the road? (Could always use my phone as a hotspot though).
