Telkom WhatsApp Promotion Problem

I purchased the Telkom 1gb for 30 days Whatsapp Promo on Mo' Nice on Sunday 08/07/18. As soon as I switched on my mobile hotspot at 12 midnight to use night surfer bundle, the Whatsapp data was used up within 20 minutes. It seem as if this data is used first before the night surfer data. I had not used the Whatsapp bundle since I purchased it. Anyone else experience this ?

The Whatsapp bundle is allocated as 1GB social bundle. So when you use stuff like google, youtube, facebook ect all consume the whatsapp bundle.

P.S.
When I dial *123# there is no USSD option 2. Only 1 option - Mo Nice. It takes me to Data Options. Great deals there but no WhatsApp option.

Other SPs offer Whatsapp as a standalone and data is only used for this. Calling it a Whatsapp bundle is misleading. Another rip off

I tried this today...it changes from time to time with different promo deals. Bought 2.2 gigs for R28
